VSX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VSX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 942 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VSX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AP3S2, CUEDC1, and STSP1. Each is linked with VSX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSX2-to-partner and partner-to-VSX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AP3S2 grouped by VSX2-low versus VSX2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VSX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→VSX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
