Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VSX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,922 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VSX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RHOH, SP140, and CYTIP. Each is linked with VSX1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSX1-to-partner and partner-to-VSX1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VSX1 versus RHOH in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VSX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VSX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
