Across TCGA patient cohorts, VSX1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VSX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ Tem, NK cells, and CD4+ Tcm. Each is linked with VSX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSX1-to-partner and partner-to-VSX1 results are reported.
