VSX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, VSX1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,313 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VSX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HELB, PAPSS1, and CYP7B1. Each is linked with VSX1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSX1-to-partner and partner-to-VSX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HELB grouped by VSX1-low versus VSX1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VSX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VSX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
