VSTM4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VSTM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,115 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VSTM4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RSU1, FERMT2, and FILIP1L. Each is linked with VSTM4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSTM4-to-partner and partner-to-VSTM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VSTM4 versus RSU1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VSTM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→VSTM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
