VSTM4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VSTM4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,461 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VSTM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRPX, PDLIM2, and CNOT1. Each is linked with VSTM4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSTM4-to-partner and partner-to-VSTM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VSTM4 versus SRPX in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VSTM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→VSTM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
