Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VSTM4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,271 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VSTM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERBP1P2, RPL32P19, and RNU6-649P. Each is linked with VSTM4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSTM4-to-partner and partner-to-VSTM4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SERBP1P2 grouped by VSTM4-low versus VSTM4-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VSTM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→VSTM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
