Across TCGA patient cohorts, VSTM4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VSTM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, PCNA, and Cyclin-E1. Each is linked with VSTM4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSTM4-to-partner and partner-to-VSTM4 results are reported.
