Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VSTM2L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,168 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VSTM2L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLCB1, SCEL, and KRT7. Each is linked with VSTM2L in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSTM2L-to-partner and partner-to-VSTM2L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VSTM2L versus PLCB1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VSTM2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→VSTM2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
