VSTM2L

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, VSTM2L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,498 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VSTM2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOTCH2, HSD11B2, and FSTL1. Each is linked with VSTM2L in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSTM2L-to-partner and partner-to-VSTM2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VSTM2L versus NOTCH2 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VSTM2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→VSTM2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
