VSTM2B

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VSTM2B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,145 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VSTM2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are LGALS1, SOX10, and SEPTIN3. Each is linked with VSTM2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSTM2B-to-partner and partner-to-VSTM2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VSTM2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→VSTM2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
