VSNL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VSNL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,925 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VSNL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FRMD6, FSCN1_S39, and ASL. Each is linked with VSNL1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSNL1-to-partner and partner-to-VSNL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VSNL1 versus FRMD6 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VSNL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VSNL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
