VSNL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VSNL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,437 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VSNL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL680P, MTUS2-AS1, and PLD6. Each is linked with VSNL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSNL1-to-partner and partner-to-VSNL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL680P grouped by VSNL1-low versus VSNL1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VSNL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VSNL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
