Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, VSNL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,762 significant associations in total. OESOPHAGUS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VSNL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SORT1, TMEM106C, and TMBIM6. Each is linked with VSNL1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSNL1-to-partner and partner-to-VSNL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VSNL1 versus SORT1 in CNS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VSNL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VSNL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
