VSIR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VSIR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 285 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VSIR-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10T2, RNU6-1126P, and RN7SKP93. Each is linked with VSIR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSIR-to-partner and partner-to-VSIR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10T2 grouped by VSIR-low versus VSIR-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VSIR→partner) and Y-score (partner→VSIR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
