VSIR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, VSIR RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,723 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VSIR-associated genes across cancer lineages are EHD2, ALDH3B1, and GPRC5A. Each is linked with VSIR in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSIR-to-partner and partner-to-VSIR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VSIR versus EHD2 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VSIR→partner) and Y-score (partner→VSIR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
