VSIG8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VSIG8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 778 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VSIG8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-119P, RPS15AP7, and OR5B12. Each is linked with VSIG8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSIG8-to-partner and partner-to-VSIG8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-119P grouped by VSIG8-low versus VSIG8-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VSIG8→partner) and Y-score (partner→VSIG8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
