Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VSIG2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,898 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VSIG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC00261, GZMB, and MXRA5. Each is linked with VSIG2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSIG2-to-partner and partner-to-VSIG2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VSIG2 versus LINC00261 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VSIG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→VSIG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
