Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VSIG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 266 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VSIG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP30, RNU1-46P, and RNU2-8P. Each is linked with VSIG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSIG2-to-partner and partner-to-VSIG2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP30 grouped by VSIG2-low versus VSIG2-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VSIG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→VSIG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
