VSIG2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, VSIG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,753 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VSIG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ESAM, TMEM45B, and NRGN. Each is linked with VSIG2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSIG2-to-partner and partner-to-VSIG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VSIG2 versus ESAM in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VSIG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→VSIG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
