Across TCGA cell cohorts, VRK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,243 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VRK1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Kinetochore assembly, DNA-templated DNA replication, and DNA replication initiation. Each is linked with VRK1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VRK1-to-partner and partner-to-VRK1 results are reported.
