Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS9D1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,517 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS9D1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCDH1, SLC22A10, and SERPINB9P1. Each is linked with VPS9D1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS9D1-to-partner and partner-to-VPS9D1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS9D1 versus PCDH1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS9D1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS9D1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
