Across TCGA cell cohorts, VPS54 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,286 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS54-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Motor neuron apoptotic process, Skeletal muscle tissue growth, and Golgi to vacuole transport. Each is linked with VPS54 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS54-to-partner and partner-to-VPS54 results are reported.
