VPS51

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS51 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,531 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS51-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUMA1, APOL2, and SRP54. Each is linked with VPS51 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS51-to-partner and partner-to-VPS51 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS51 versus NUMA1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS51→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS51) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
