VPS51

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS51 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 722 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS51-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERHP2, MIR2909, and RNU6-383P. Each is linked with VPS51 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS51-to-partner and partner-to-VPS51 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERHP2 grouped by VPS51-low versus VPS51-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS51→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS51) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
