VPS51

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS51 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS51-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, Claudin-7, and GATA3. Each is linked with VPS51 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS51-to-partner and partner-to-VPS51 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by VPS51-low versus VPS51-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS51→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS51) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
