Across TCGA cell cohorts, VPS51 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,254 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS51-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription pausing by RNA polymerase II, Positive regulation of attachment of mitotic spindle microtubules to kinetochore, and Regulation of attachment of mitotic spindle microtubules to kinetochore. Each is linked with VPS51 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS51-to-partner and partner-to-VPS51 results are reported.
