Across TCGA cell cohorts, VPS51 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,064 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS51-associated genes across cancer lineages are HES3, LIN54, and SLC35G3. Each is linked with VPS51 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS51-to-partner and partner-to-VPS51 results are reported.
