Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS4B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,494 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-17P, ANHX, and RNU6-455P. Each is linked with VPS4B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS4B-to-partner and partner-to-VPS4B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-17P grouped by VPS4B-low versus VPS4B-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
