The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher VPS41 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated VPS41 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and STAD show a favorable association.
ESCA, HNSC, and STAD are the cancer types where VPS41 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
