VPS41

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS41 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,968 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS41-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA7, FBXO5, and TTK. Each is linked with VPS41 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS41-to-partner and partner-to-VPS41 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS41 versus CDCA7 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS41→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
