VPS41

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS41 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,369 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS41-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRPF4, CDKN3, and KIF4A. Each is linked with VPS41 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS41-to-partner and partner-to-VPS41 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRPF4 grouped by VPS41-low versus VPS41-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS41→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
