Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS41 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS41-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Notch1, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with VPS41 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS41-to-partner and partner-to-VPS41 results are reported.
