Across TCGA cell cohorts, VPS41 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,138 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS41-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Macroautophagy, Process utilizing autophagic mechanism, and Autophagy. Each is linked with VPS41 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS41-to-partner and partner-to-VPS41 results are reported.
