VPS39

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, VPS39 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS39-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLRN1, MAGEB4, and CPLX4. Each is linked with VPS39 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS39-to-partner and partner-to-VPS39 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLRN1 grouped by VPS39-low versus VPS39-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS39→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS39) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
