Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS37D RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,533 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS37D-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATG3, GTF2I, and ISG20. Each is linked with VPS37D in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS37D-to-partner and partner-to-VPS37D results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS37D versus ATG3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS37D→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS37D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
