Across TCGA cell cohorts, VPS37A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,737 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS37A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of regulatory ncRNA-mediated heterochromatin formation, Negative regulation of regulatory ncRNA-mediated heterochromatin formation, and Late endosome to vacuole transport. Each is linked with VPS37A in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS37A-to-partner and partner-to-VPS37A results are reported.
