Across TCGA cell cohorts, VPS37A protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,080 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS37A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of cell cycle process, Regulation of intracellular pH, and Negative regulation of heterochromatin organization. Each is linked with VPS37A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS37A-to-partner and partner-to-VPS37A results are reported.
