VPS36

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS36 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,799 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS36-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUGT1, SNF8, and GPALPP1. Each is linked with VPS36 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS36-to-partner and partner-to-VPS36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS36 versus SUGT1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS36→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
