Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS36 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,816 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS36-associated genes across cancer lineages are MLLT10P2, OR4K17, and RNU6-805P. Each is linked with VPS36 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS36-to-partner and partner-to-VPS36 results are reported.
