Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS35L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,901 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS35L-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAN1C1, ACSM5, and CD33. Each is linked with VPS35L in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS35L-to-partner and partner-to-VPS35L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS35L versus MAN1C1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS35L→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS35L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
