VPS35

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS35 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,142 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS35-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNMT, LONP2, and TANGO6. Each is linked with VPS35 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS35-to-partner and partner-to-VPS35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS35 versus RNMT in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS35→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
