VPS35

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS35 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 8,692 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS35-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, NRAS, and MYOM1. Each is linked with VPS35 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS35-to-partner and partner-to-VPS35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by VPS35-low versus VPS35-high in PAAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS35→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
