VPS35

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS35 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,669 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS35-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCLY, SDHB, and PPP1R8. Each is linked with VPS35 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS35-to-partner and partner-to-VPS35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCLY grouped by VPS35-low versus VPS35-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS35→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
