VPS35

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS35 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS35-associated genes across cancer lineages are NF-kB-p65_pS536, p38-MAPK, and PKC-delta_pS664. Each is linked with VPS35 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS35-to-partner and partner-to-VPS35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NF-kB-p65_pS536 grouped by VPS35-low versus VPS35-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS35→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
