VPS35

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, VPS35 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS35-associated genes across cancer lineages are OC90, MS4A10, and EPPIN. Each is linked with VPS35 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS35-to-partner and partner-to-VPS35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OC90 grouped by VPS35-low versus VPS35-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS35→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
