VPS33A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS33A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,589 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS33A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SRSF9, SART3, and PRPF6. Each is linked with VPS33A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS33A-to-partner and partner-to-VPS33A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS33A versus SRSF9 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS33A→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS33A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
