Across TCGA cell cohorts, VPS33A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,410 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS33A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are rRNA 5'-end processing, Endonucleolytic cleavage to generate mature 5'-end of SSU-rRNA from (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), and Endonucleolytic cleavage in 5'-ETS of tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA). Each is linked with VPS33A in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS33A-to-partner and partner-to-VPS33A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, rRNA 5'-end processing grouped by VPS33A-low versus VPS33A-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
