Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS28 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,874 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS28-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCL2L11, SOD2, and FLNB. Each is linked with VPS28 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS28-to-partner and partner-to-VPS28 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS28 versus BCL2L11 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS28→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
