Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS28 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,451 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS28-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TSG101, VPS37B, and LDHA. Each is linked with VPS28 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS28-to-partner and partner-to-VPS28 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS28 versus TSG101 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS28→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
